Uncover the mystery of the Revival of Rudolf II

Historian Radek Kanárek didn’t have the best luck today. While strolling through Prague in the evening and admiring its sights, he was caught in a sudden downpour. In the distance, a deafening clap of thunder echoed. Seeking shelter under a small canopy, he witnessed a powerful bolt of lightning strike the tower of St. Vitus Cathedral.

When the storm quickly passed, Radek was stunned to see the iconic monument of Prague completely intact. How could that be? The cathedral and the entire castle should have been in ruins long ago!

But something extraordinary happened during that electrifying moment. Deep underground in the royal tomb beneath the cathedral, a mystery unfolded. The pewter sarcophagus of Rudolf II was open, and a figure in Renaissance attire stood beside it.

The course of the programme

A friendly guide will introduce you to the teambuilding game, explain the rules in detail, and walk you through the functionality of our mobile app. Then, the treasure hunt in Prague begins! Once the game is launched, all teams set off together but each in a different direction on an adventurous journey through the ancient city.

Each team determines its own strategy, route, and pace of play. You’ll encounter a variety of challenges: there are eight types of tasks and a total of sixty awaiting you in this game. Will you start with the easier challenges, take on the most demanding puzzles first, or find a balanced approach?

When the game time is up, everyone will meet at the agreed location to evaluate the treasure hunt. The team that discovers the most hidden treasures and completes the tasks most successfully will be crowned the winner.

Treasure Hunt Prague also as an escape game

Do you like escape games? Our treasure hunt in Prague is also available as an outdoor escape game for companies. A total of 18 traps await you, and the aim of the game is to solve all tasks in the shortest possible time. Unlike the traditional treasure hunt, the escape game version focuses on solving interconnected puzzles in a shorter, more structured timeframe.

The Prague escape game is suitable for a smaller group of participants, and the time commitment is approximately two hours, depending on the team’s performance and success in completing the tasks.

Location and accommodation for this teambuilding

The game takes place mostly in the Old Town with a small overlap to the other side of the Vltava River. In this area, there is a plethora of accommodation and restaurants in different price categories. For accommodation options, we mention Imperial Hotel, Hotel Marriott or Grand Hotel Bohemia.

If you’re looking for a restaurant for a night out after the Treasure Hunt Prague, we recommend establishments in the area between Alešovo nábřeží (Aleš Embankment) and Prašná brána (Powder Gate) in the Old Town, or in the Lesser Town from the Civic Swimming Pool to Lennon’s Wall.
